This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be available for purchases made for products and services provided by UniSoft Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company ("UniSoft", "we", "us", or "our").
When you purchase our products through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and processes the payment and refund on our behalf. Refund requests for purchases processed through Paddle are handled in accordance with Paddle's applicable Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
1. Refund Requests
Unless required by applicable law, transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Paddle may, at its discretion, issue a full or partial refund when a refund request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
Submitting a refund request within the 14-day period does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
Where applicable law provides a statutory right to cancel a transaction or receive a refund, those rights will apply.
For example, certain consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, and United Kingdom may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from certain digital content or service contracts, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
Other countries or regions may provide different statutory refund or cancellation periods.
3. Digital Products and Services
Because our products and services may consist of digital content or digital services, certain statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once the product or service has been downloaded, streamed, accessed, used, or otherwise supplied, where applicable law permits such an exclusion.
This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel the subscription to prevent future renewal.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically result in a refund for a payment that has already been made.
Refund eligibility for subscription payments is determined in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy, applicable consumer protection laws, and the terms applicable to your transaction.

For purchases processed through Paddle, you can request a refund through Paddle's buyer support service.
You may use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email, or use the support link provided with your receipt.

6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 14 days of approval, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
Once a refund is issued, access to the relevant product or service may be terminated.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The version of this Refund Policy that applies to a transaction will generally be the version in effect at the time of that transaction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
