These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of websites, applications, software, subscriptions and other digital products or services made available by UniSoft Vietnam (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services
UniSoft Vietnam develops and provides software, applications, digital tools and related services. Specific features, pricing, supported platforms, technical requirements and limitations may be described on the applicable product page or checkout page.
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time. Where a material change affects an active paid service, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice where appropriate.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and must keep your account information reasonably up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials associated with your account and for activities performed through your account, except where caused by our fault.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. Where applicable law requires a higher minimum age for a particular service, that higher age requirement applies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
- interfere with or attempt to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Services;
- reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly authorized;
- upload or transmit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties;
- circumvent usage limits, access controls, licensing mechanisms or other technical restrictions.
5. Subscriptions, Trials and Billing
Certain Services may be offered as subscriptions, including monthly or annual plans, or may include a free or promotional trial. The applicable checkout page will disclose the price, billing interval, trial period (if any), renewal terms and applicable taxes before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, a subscription automatically renews for the same billing period until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals using the subscription-management mechanism provided with your purchase or by contacting the applicable support channel. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, unless applicable law or the applicable refund policy provides otherwise.
6. Payments and Paddle
Payments for Services offered through Paddle are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record/reseller for the applicable transaction. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes/VAT, invoicing, subscription billing and customer payment support as applicable.
For Paddle transactions, the buyer’s purchase relationship with Paddle is also governed by Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and refund rules. UniSoft Vietnam remains responsible for providing and supporting the software product itself. Paddle’s current policies may be available on Paddle’s legal pages.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for applicable orders and provides customer payment support and handles applicable returns/refunds.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and, for transactions processed by Paddle, the applicable Paddle refund procedures and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and all related software, designs, interfaces, trademarks, logos, documentation and content provided by UniSoft Vietnam are owned by or licensed to UniSoft Vietnam and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit to the Services. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain and improve the Services and provide support.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. UniSoft Vietnam is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.
10. Availability and Support
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, security events, outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet every individual requirement, operate without interruption, or be completely free from defects. Mandatory warranties and consumer protections remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UniSoft Vietnam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach. You may stop using the Services at any time.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply, subject to applicable law.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you. Disputes should first be raised with us at the contact details above so that the parties can attempt to resolve them amicably. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a competent authority or court in accordance with applicable law.
